Vacation in Cuba

In July, my family and I visited Cuba. It was a city stuck in time that filled with culture and full of life. We spent 4 days in Cuba in an Air-Bnb that had a host family who was hospitable and the most welcoming. They cooked us meals with authentic Cuban food. They helped plan our stay with the activities that we should do and the best places to see. We were escorted around Havana city by Jordan, who served as our driver and security guard. He had a 1953 Chevy that I could not stop taking pictures with.

On the first day we visited Havana City. The architecture for the buildings were picturesque I took so many photos. We had a private tour guide who took us around the city and explained the history, and she also showed us the best places to eat

The second day we went to Veradero Beach. The water was crystal clear and it was so warm. The sand was almost white and the ambience on the beach was serene.

The third day we went on a horseback ride through the mountains. We stopped by three houses and each had a special treat of Cuba. The first was where they farmed tobacco, we were able to smoke a Cuban Cigar with an OG. The second house we were at the top of the mountain where we had a best mojitos. The third house we stopped by house that served Pina Coladas that tasted just like a dessert.

I am so grateful to be able to visit such a beautiful city. There is more to discover next time we plan to visit!
